Cloud Break

This is what a "cloud break" looks like. It was mostly gray all day but there were moments when the clouds would break through and the sun would shine brightly on a small patch of land. Sometimes, you are lucky enough to be in one of these patches in which case, you stop what you are doing and sit in the sun to appreciate its warmth. Sometimes, you see one across the city and say "Oh look, lucky people in [insert neighborhood] are getting sunshine!" I mean, I am only pretending to know that this is the case based on my ONE WEEK of fallish weather here. I may be completely jaded by the time January rolls around.
