Photo Prize

Here's a little prize for J: 1st place in the Worst Photo Ever Taken of Me contest! This was taken during the bike to run transition where we had a water station. Wow. Unbelievable. I never feel like this when I am running a race. And I know I don't throw my cup away in that ridiculous manner.
