Bike I

No, don't worry, my ankle isn't broken. J just happened to catch this photo at the exact moment that I was unclipping my bike shoes from the pedals - with a twist of the ankle. I had no idea it looked like this either until I saw the photo.

A few minutes into the bike course, I heard a snarky little voice behind me yell "Share the road!"...our little inside joke. Michelle had rapidly caught me. We chatted a minute, something about "I did it! I finished the swim!" and then I told her to go on by, pass me, don't wait for me. But, we ended up riding the entire bike course together which made things a lot more fun, and probably helped pace me since I always do better with someone else pushing me.
