The Before Photo

M and I headed to "the big lake" (Lake Washington) to do a full race simulation today: swimming, transition, biking, transition, running. Here we are before getting in the water. J came along to watch our stuff so that no one stole our bicycles while we were either swimming or running. He was also the photographer...hence the cropped off feet. (Seriously people, don't crop people off at the feet)

My triathlon is 5 weeks from today.
