Mushroom

Here's a little montage of some of Mushroom's various looks and stares over the last 24 hours. He has done very well considering, I am really pleased! The upper left corner is where Mush was in his basket near the ceiling (the ultimate cat hideaway) when he caught his very first glimpse (and heard the tiny little kitten cries). I like that his look progresses from "What the hell?" to "Do you guys know there's something in the bedroom?" to, "Dude, what is that thing down there?" We have not yet let them meet face to face but there has been lots of under-the-door sniffing, some looks across the room, and some exploration by Mush while Fergus is tucked away safely in his carrier. and they can see each other through the mesh. I honestly didn't think we would be to even this point for several more days so I am pleased.
