I made dinner tonight for J and Mrs. Cyclone. I hate having leftovers and also, she is lovely company. My chicken piccatta is delicious! My least favorite part of making chicken piccatta is when you have to flatten the meat with a rolling pin.
And, bonus!: We finished it all off with a glass of delicious Manning Farm Egg Nog sent all the way to Seattle!

How does one elaborate on egg nog??
This post made me go out and buy egg nog. Not Manning egg nog, unfortunately, but egg nog nonetheless.
